Thank youPosted on Kara TaylorTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Working with California Renewable Energy was a pleasure. This project had been a nightmare for the last two years, but when California Renewable Energy came in, along with Solar Doctors, things went fast, smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with our ground mount setup.Posted on Pat KaveskiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We found Nate Blanton on a Facebook ad. We contacted him and received a call from him. After a brief conversation, we set up a meeting to discuss replacing our messed up roof and installation of solar panels with battery back up. He arrived at our house on a Saturday due to my spouse working during the week. We spent several hours going over materials that would best suit our needs and a price we could afford. His dedication to his company and great customer service had us sold. We were in contract within a couple of days. There was a bit of confusion with the permit office which was no fault of Nate or the company he works for. Brent, their representative, spent hours at the permit office and kept us informed and worked through all of the kinks that the permit office threw at us. Nate kept in contact with us through everything assuring us everything would go smoothly. We had many questions and he would have the answers immediately. The big day came and our roof was installed. It is a vision of beauty. It's perfect and we're confident in the workmanship that we received. We have recommended Nate to our family, friends and neighbors. The work passed inspection the first time, which is impressive for our county. We are happy that we found this company and to have met Nate.Posted on Laura SloppyeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would recommend to anyone!Posted on Pam WittnerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dani and the rest of the team including the owner were great to work with. They are very kind and professional!Posted on Carmen DanielsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Nate Blanton was extremely professional! We had an amazing experience with our window installation. The windows themselves are beautiful, the install was smooth, and we were also treated to a luxurious welcome package. California Renewable Energy demonstrated itself to be a truly excellent company to collaborate with, and we will be doing many more projects with them in the future!Posted on cheryl demelloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a great experience with the service they provided. Nate explained everything and I told him I was on low income so he worked with me to make service available and I got my air conditioner and furnace both the next day installed I would recommend the service to others the service was excellent and they also fixed a few other issues that was for my furnace and condenser as well California Renewable Energy is a great company to have take care of air conditioners and furnaced in a timely matter.

1. How much can I save with solar?
Homeowners typically save $1,500 to $2,500 annually on electricity with solar due to PG&E's high rates. Actual savings depend on your home size, energy usage, and system size. PG&E's net metering allows you to bank excess production credits, maximizing savings year-round.
2. How does solar work with PG&E?
PG&E offers net metering (NEM 3.0 for new customers) that credits you for excess solar energy sent to the grid. We handle all PG&E interconnection paperwork, meter upgrades, and permission to operate so your system integrates seamlessly with PG&E's billing and time-of-use rates.
3. Do I need a new roof before installing solar?
Not necessarily. We evaluate your roof condition during assessment. The County's intense sun and occasional weather events can affect roofing, so if replacement is needed within 10 years, we recommend doing it before solar. We offer both services for seamless coordination.
4. How long does installation take?
Solar installation is 6-8 weeks, HVAC and Roofing is typically 1-2 weeks and window installation is 3-4 weeks
